The Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Director and play a critical role in increasing the effectiveness and impact of the EMEA Regional Marketing team to help deliver business growth objectives.
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to support the EMEA Regional Marketing team in executing essential commercial processes such as documenting packaging and advertising claims, initiating project requests (PIR), new SKU requests and new artwork initiation requests (BEAT), tracking new product volume estimates with the countries, communicating and maintaining marketing databases, assisting the Brand team with purchase orders process.
The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with exceptional project management abilities, a high degree of ownership and initiative, and a desire for professional growth. They will be expected to work closely with the Regional and local marketing teams and Online Acceleration team in a highly cross functional environment as well as with the WPP agency.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in achieving marketing objectives for the Regional Marketing team
- Manage updating of product information in STIBO and ensure data accuracy and consistency, upload and manage product information and digital assets
- Manage critical new product support processes
- Assist with the Project Initiation Requests (PIR) & SKU creation requests
- Support the Regional Marketing team with BEAT requests initiation in the system
- Manage packaging 3D renders creation with the agency according to the new products development process, manage additional 3D renders creation requests and maintain packaging 3D renders database on EMEA Team Drive
- Assist in the new products performance tracking
- Work with marketing managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Coordinate Campaign Matrixes with the countries & agencies
- Coordinate brand marketing materials distribution
- Keep Brand / Project folders at the EMEA Team drive up to date ensuring countries have easy access to all necessary materials
- Coordinate brand marketing materials distribution
- Support Brand activation in events
- Work closely with EMEA Regional Marketing team to create and manage purchase orders and payments
Education/Experience Requirements
Basic qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Sales
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred qualifications include: Project Management, Advertising Agency or Brand/Product Marketing Experience.
