Colgate - Palmolive is seeking a contract talent sourcer to be part of our Talent Acquisition team that supports the North America Division for the following functions: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Research and Development, Packaging and Quality. This individual will source top talent for all level roles including but not limited to Linkedin and Indeed. The position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to understand the position profile and needs and to develop effective sourcing strategies. The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in executing our TA Roadmap, with the end goal of providing speed, quality and diversity to hiring managers and the entire organization. 

This contract role would begin as an assignment through the end of 2024.


How you will make an impact:

Source passive candidates by creating effective boolean strings, crafting compelling outreach messages and employing innovative methods to find and engage exceptional candidates
Provide diverse slates of candidates aligned to our DE&I strategy and working collaboratively with the Talent Attraction team.
Support research and talents insights projects harnessing the power of data Engage with TA Partners  maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market intelligence to continuously improve on sourcing strategies and best practices

A passion for attracting and selecting great talent
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic, changing environment and still deliver on deadlines.
Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in English
At least 2 years of talent sourcing experience
Proven track record of leading multiple searches simultaneously
Proficiency in leveraging various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage top talent.
