As a Global Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will be a part of our high-performing global TA team and will partner with Colgate’s Supply Chain/R&D/Quality/Packaging Functions and their respective HR teams to understand their talent strategy and hiring priorities in order to provide proactive recruiting support, requisition management and TA advice. You will be a true talent advisor, guiding and influencing your hiring teams through the end-to-end process, while ensuring a unique experience for your external candidates.
What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment processes for the Supply Chain and GTech functions
- Lead the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions and technology
- Collaborate with key business partners such as: DE&I, People Analytics, HR Operations, Legal, Total Rewards, and Internal Mobility as a TA Expert on diverse hiring situations, solutions and process improvements
- Identify measurable success metrics and business trends, and communicate them with the right audience
- Maintain an understanding of the talent market as it pertains to technology, programs, metrics and process best practices using tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and Talent Neuron in order to influence the business and HR on profile and sourcing approaches and potential modifications
- Participate in annual TA project work and technology reviews and implementations
- When necessary, manage external agency search relationships and processes
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to drive effectiveness of position filling based on needs (e.g. time, cost, skill set, and diversity)
- Participate and/or lead various TA projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of total work experience with a minimum of at least 3 years of HR experience
- A track record of building strong partnerships with stakeholders to quickly assess business needs, and build a thorough strategy
- Ability to influence stakeholders using data
Preferred Qualifications
- TA experience partnering with Supply Chain/Operations, Research & Development or Quality
- Demonstrated sourcing experience and expertise resulting in talent pipeline development
- Proven experiencing developing and maintaining relationship with candidates while assessing their profiles against role requirements.
- Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS etc.
- Knowledge of best recruitment practices, employment and hiring laws
- Talent Acquisition experience within the Consumer Products/Goods industry
- Experience in engaging and managing the performance of third-party search firms
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or a lab environment
- Knowledge of recruitment regulations for the region
- Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
