Join our high-performing Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor) and become part of a forward-thinking group that’s redefining how Colgate-Palmolive brings talent into our Supply Chain organization. You’ll act as a trusted talent advisor, driving proactive recruiting strategies, cutting-edge solutions, and an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Champion End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Supply Chain positions, from strategic intake through flawless offer delivery, exceeding expectations at every stage.
- Drive Innovation: Design and launch initiatives to continually elevate the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience—leveraging the latest process improvements, new technology, and creative solutions.
- Collaborate Across Boundaries: Work closely with People Analytics, HR Operations, Legal, Total Rewards, and Internal Mobility as a TA subject-matter expert, bringing fresh perspectives to complex hiring challenges.
- Influence with Insights: Harness data and emerging market trends to inform profile strategies, shape sourcing approaches, and deliver impactful talent recommendations that steer business results.
- Lead Transformational Projects: Contribute your expertise to high-impact TA programs, from annual technology rollouts and process reviews to bold diversity sourcing campaigns.
- Champion Talent Market Intelligence: Use industry-leading tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron) to stay on the cutting edge of talent market trends and drive innovative sourcing.
- Manage Key Partnerships: Nurture relationships with third-party agencies, ensuring best-in-class service for specialized talent needs.
- Innovate Sourcing Strategies: Deploy creative techniques to attract top talent for roles demanding unique skills, diversity, and speed-to-hire—ensuring our talent pipelines are rich and future-ready.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Experience building authentic partnerships and rapidly assessing business needs to deliver compelling hiring strategies
- Ability to advise and influence stakeholders with confidence, data, and a consultative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous recruitment experience supporting Supply Chain/Operations, R&D, or Quality functions
- Proven track record in talent pipeline development, proactive sourcing, and engaging top candidates in competitive markets
- Familiarity with leading TA technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors ATS, HiredScore, etc.) and best practices
- Experience partnering with or advising in the CPG/Consumer Goods sector or supporting manufacturing/lab environments
- Understanding of recruitment regulations and third-party agency management
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
