Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, NA GTech & GSC
We are excited to offer a compelling opportunity to join our North American Talent Acquisition (TA) Team in the role of a Team Lead, reporting to the Global VP of TA. In this position, you will lead the recruiting strategy and delivery across several functions, including R&D, Quality and Global Supply Chain. You will closely partner with the Leadership and HR Teams across these functions to understand their talent needs and provide clear staffing plans and recommendations to meet their needs. You will collaborate across our global TA team and other CoHRe functions on annual projects and solutions in support of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional talent acquisition advisory services to your Corporate client teams, inclusive of regular TA Business Reviews and TA-specific trainings
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to track, report, and improve performance and outcomes.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with Colgate-Palmolive policies and relevant employment laws.
- Implement proactive recruiting programs (pipelining, designate hiring, alum hiring, referral campaigns)
- Manage external agency relationships/process, as needed
- Act as TA change management lead for your respective clients
- Motivate and develop your direct report(s) via annual performance processes and career conversations.
- Lead annual TA project work in support of enterprise strategy, focused on leveraging technology and AI to drive efficiency, simplicity and stakeholder delight.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of prior work experience within Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
- Prior examples of using data-driven insights to influence others to align with your recommendations
- Prior examples which demonstrate the ability to be agile, adapt and pivot in a fast paced environment when demands shift or change
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a team leadership role with direct reports.
- Demonstrated sourcing experience and expertise resulting in external talent pipeline development
- Talent Acquisition experience within the Consumer Products/Goods industry.
- Experience in engaging and managing the performance of third-party search firms.
- Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Prior experience with the implementation, optimization and usage of TA-specific technologies and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast, Indeed Recruiter, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS and the application of AI tools across the end-to-end TA lifecycle
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $134,800.00 - $168,500.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
