Provide insight-based innovation, guidance on product development, and advance project objectives
-
The initial targeted system of interest is to focus on investigating the interactions of polymers with metal actives and particulates in a designed complex matrix. Conduct experiments on polymer characterization to build fundamentals on structure and property relationships. The properties include but are not limited to deposition, controlled delivery, and polishing behavior on skin and/or enamel surface.
-
Working closely with other research & innovation as well as product development teams, the PDRS will identify and utilize a wide range of techniques to characterize the ingredients and their interactions, to evaluate the efficacy and stability of model systems and formulated products, and to investigate the underline structure/property relationships and the delivery mechanisms
-
Interpret and communicate complex experimental & theoretical results to both technical and non-technical business partners effectively
-
The PDRS will also have the opportunity to present technical findings to internal R&D community & management teams, to present in external conferences, and to document findings in internal technical reports and/or external publications.
