We at Colgate-Palmolive are excited to invite applications for the role of Infrastructure Site Analyst to join our local IT support team in Piscataway, NJ as part of the Global Information Technology (GIT) organization!

As an Infrastructure Site Analyst, you will be responsible for providing desktop support and fostering partnerships with business users in person, remotely, and at our corporate headquarters in New Jersey & New York City as needed. In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be involved with local projects that include network and server implementations and upgrades. 

What you'll do

• Deliver onsite technical support with excellent customer service for end users.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding with necessary technology access.
• Conduct system administration while following policies and security protocols.
• Oversee IT equipment procurement, maintenance, asset tracking, and budget management.
• Manage AV implementations, coordinate with tech teams for issue resolution, ensure audit compliance, and track IT costs with travel to NJ and NYC sites as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree, Technical Certification or Equivalent Experience (Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering)
• 1+ years of IT Infrastructure related work experience
• Skilled in IT support for PCs, Apple devices, smartphones, and tablets.
• Proficient in Windows 11, Active Directory, Mac OS, and Server 2016.
• Competent in task prioritization using IT ticketing systems and LAN management, including Cisco wireless.
• Proficient in patching and labeling network equipment with experience in Google G-Suite Workplace.
• Experienced with SSO, MFA solutions, and VMware/Nutanix virtualization platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $74,400.00 - $104,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
