Colgate-Palmolive invites applications for the position of Business Process Analyst- Finance in our Company Global Information Technology (GIT) Organization. This role is in the Global Application and America's Organization supporting Divisional and Subsidiary teams in North America, Latin America and Hill's Pet Nutrition. This position is based in Piscataway, New Jersey. The Business Process Analyst, Finance plays an integral role in the implementation of SAP and non-SAP Finance related applications. The analyst must be able to apply conceptual knowledge of Finance to implement solutions that satisfy all business requirements and engage with business leadership and key users at the global, divisional and regional level.

 

 

 

What you will do

 

  • Partner with the Finance organization at the divisional and subsidiary levels to understand business processes and capture business requirements

 

  • Analyze research and resolve requests submitted by the business, using existing technologies and ensuring the solution is aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies.

 

  • Identify new techniques and technologies and concepts that can add value to business and IT.

 

  • Implement global bundles for North America, Hill’s and Latin America subsidiaries.

 

  • Effectively communicate project and work related information to the team.

 

  • Ensure compliance of GIT governance practices.

 

  • Participate in the planning of and lead the implementation of multiple sophisticated GIT projects simultaneously.

 

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

  • Complies with all policies and standards.

 

 


Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science or equivalent

 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT role configuring and implementing SAP Finance applications and 1 year in Accounts Receivables.

 

  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

 

  • Strong desire to expand knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level.

 

  • Strong organization skills and self-motivation.

 

  • Able to adapt and work optimally with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies

 

 


Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business

 

  • SAP functional knowledge of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), receivables management, general accounting, COPA, cost center accounting, SAP digital payments.

 

  • SAP SQL, ABAP and API programming.

 

  • SAP Fiori for Receivables.

 

  • IT or Business work experience for a consumer goods organization.

 

  • Experience with SAP Order to Cash (O2C).

 

  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration - Data Services.

 

  • Experience on SAP S/4 environment

Salary Range $88,800 - $131,250 USD
