Job Summary


The OCC is responsible for influencing, building the Colgate Pharma demand generation model with dental professionals to make Colgate Oral Care products and Colgate professional products an integral part of their practice. This position acts as a direct interface with accounts in an assigned geographic territory.
Develop and support the partnership between Colgate and groups of accounts in an established territory. Influence and develop relationships with the target audience to achieve business results in recommendations and sales.
Effectively communicate our products, technologies and science to influence dentists and their staff to generate the demand for professional products aimed at specific points of sale.
Demand generation model & products benefits for Dental Professionals
Classify, categorize and optimize the number of consulting offices in the specified territory
Use tools and analyze data to optimize coverage and frequency ofdetailed visits
Leverage sales force distribution to maximize sampling with face to face contact with visited and unvisited accounts.


Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements


Basic requirements include:
Graduation in Dentistry, Chemical Pharmaceutical Biologist, Administration, Marketing, Social, Communication
At Least +2 years of experience visiting doctors is key for this role.
Experience in oral health or pharmaceutical agent
Fluent in English
Google tools advanced management


Preferred qualifications include:
Presentation techniques
Analytical and problem solving skills, together with the ability to predict / respond to immediate professional situations of the external and internal OC environment.
