Production Planner

Are you passionate about supply chain management and looking for an opportunity to play a pivotal role in production planning at a global scale? We are seeking a highly motivated Master Production Planner to join our team at our Global Headquarters. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mid to long-term production plans that align with commercial activities and demand forecasts.

  • Lead production lines, creating schedules that support business needs while optimizing manufacturing operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain efficiencies, implement strategies, and achieve performance goals.

  • Use planning tools to proactively address product shortages or overproduction, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Analyze capacity and resource allocation, pinpointing outsourcing opportunities and preemptively addressing planning risks.

  • Champion system-driven planning, leveraging planning systems to automate and refine planning processes and decision making.

  • Contribute to budgetary goals by optimizing global SKU stock coverage, inventory projections, and month-end reporting.

  • Facilitate the successful launch of new products by coordinating with Marketing, Commercial, Network Operations, Finance, and CS&L teams.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experienced with 5+ years in Planning or Supply Chain roles.

  • Skilled in communication, leadership, teamwork, decision-making, planning, and execution.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in SAP S/4, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and ideally have experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response and Planet Together.

  • Possess a genuine curiosity and eagerness to delve into the world of data analytics and have at least basic knowledge of SQL and/or data management systems.

  • Expert in handling inventories, continuous improvement, logistics systems, business understanding, and supply chain collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $81,200.00 - $128,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
