Upon successful completion of the 10-week 2025 Summer Internship and your MBA or Master’s, you may be invited, based on your performance, to progress to joining the Full-Time Hill’s Commercial LEAD Program which will begin Summer/Fall 2026. This 2-Year program will expose you to what is required to run a global business and be a true Commercial Organization Leader!

 

The 2026 Hill’s Commercial LEAD Program is structured as a 2-Year experience to understand the Hill’s business, build capabilities, build networks, and lead project teams within the organization. Here are some examples of what you may be doing in each rotation (not exhaustive or exclusive): 

 

Customer Development (Sales) Rotation - 6 months based in one of our Sales Offices across the US

  • Learn how our products are sold to our customers and consumers both brick and mortar and eCommerce

  • Develop your analytical and storytelling skills

  • Analyze category, customer & shopper data to maximize commercial effectiveness

 

Global Marketing Rotation - 6 months based on the Global Marketing team in Overland Park, KS

  • Manage and execute global innovations and strategy from brand concept to launch

  • Collaborate and build network with other Colgate & Hill’s teams around the globe

  • Build strategic thinking skills as you help manage global brand equities and innovative rollouts

 

US Marketing - 6 months on the US Marketing team in Overland Park, KS

  • Gain hands-on experience in brand management and the 6Ps of marketing 

  • Involve in various aspects of the marketing process and go-to-market strategy 

  • Develop your analytical and storytelling skills

 

US Digital Transformation - 6 months on the US DIgital Transformation team in Overland Park, KS

  • Identify growth opportunities for our customer experience and digital engagements

  • Learn digital product management and its strategic purpose to drive business results

  • Help roadmap and optimize our digital ecosystems

 

Upon successful completion of the full-time 2-Year program, and based on your performance, you may be able to join our team in a final placement in our Commercial business organization. The cross-functional experience in the Hill’s Commercial LEAD Program will give you the tools you’ll need to help manage our business and will set you on the path toward a successful long-term career with the company! Our practice of promoting from within and career development opportunities within Colgate-Palmolive will further enhance your opportunities within our organization.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA, or Master’s program

  • Minimum of 4 years prior professional experience, with key involvement in business analysis and cross-functional project management

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $90.000,00 - $102.000,00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried full time employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
