The Sr. Specialist Influencer Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance Colgate-Palmolive brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support sales objectives. This role involves identifying and partnering with key agencies, influencers, managing creative strategy, campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Identify and evaluate potential creators and influencers who resonate with the brand’s values and target demographics.
- Establish and uphold DE&I creative best practices to achieve more holistic creator assets
2. Campaign Management:
- Create and manage influencer campaigns from conception through execution and reporting.
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with influencers to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
3. Influencer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Establish Best Practices that provide efficiency and scale
4. Performance Analysis:
- Working with Creative and Paid Agencies Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.
5. Social Listening & Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish Operational efficiencies to reduce margins and increase effectiveness
Required Qualifications:

4+ years of exp with Univ or 2+ with MBA/Masters

Strategic and operational knowledge of social channel management including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest and X
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong creative thinker who can conceptualize around an existing concept and develop stories relevant to our audience

Solid understanding of social creative trends

Thought leadership around emerging social channels

Experience with social listening tools (eg; Netbase, Synthesio) including sentiment tracking, trend spotting for

activation opportunities and KPI reporting

Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
