Scope:
The Senior Website Excellence Manager leads the advancement of the WPX (Website Performance Excellence) framework, ensuring strategic governance, optimization, and performance across Colgate-Palmolive’s global website ecosystem. This role drives measurable improvements in financial management, website strategy, operations, and the digital consumer experience by refining processes, scaling best practices, and reinforcing compliance and governance standards across all CP websites.
Responsibilties:
- Lead the strategic vision, evolution and innovation of website content and UX in partnership with agency and content studios across CP
- Drive the global digital experience solution by harmonizing vendor relationships and strategic partnerships for maximized market synergies
- Business owner of MarTech/AdTech stack as pertains to CP-owned websites
- In partnership with Digital SMEs, manage vendor business relationships in support of solution execution
- Assess websites to inform plans, designs, and selection of solutions
- Partner with website and tech leads to enhance reporting dashboards with CX solutions’ data (ie. tracking where to buy / buy now activity) and 1PD capture for websites
- Lead communication of online metrics / KPIs to key internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years experience (in-house or agency)
- 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and 5+ years in websites/cx
- Best-in-class digital experiences/background foundation is a must
- Understanding of website development and technical architectures
Preferred Requirements:
- Ideal candidate would have experience in content and website creation and marketing, digital strategy across global matrix organizations
- Passion for digital content, design, user experience, tech innovation
- Digital strategy experience focused on direct and owned channels inclusive of websites, DTC and CRM
- Budget management (development and tracking)
- Google Suite proficiency (ie Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with team player mentality
- Exceptional communication skills, strong presenter
- Ability to prioritize and handle long-term strategic projects and respond to real-time events/needs under tight deadlines
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
