We are looking to bring on a Manager, Insights to join our North America Insights team!

 

What you will do

  • Lead the program of Insights work, including planning, execution and activation for select brands in the North America portfolio
  • Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders across the portfolio value chain to deliver brand- and category-driving insights grounded in synthesized people understanding, incorporating an array of research methodologies and data sources
  • Champion a people-centric approach to build thought leadership, drive disruptive thinking and be the “voice of the human” to provoke impact, translating data and insight into stories that compel action across strategic, innovation and commercial priorities
  • Lead planning, analysis and insights activation for best-in-class learning initiatives intended to guide business decisions around innovation, communication strategy and go-to-market execution, harnessing a diverse toolbox of research methodologies
  • Champion consumer, shopper and customer-centric thinking, maximizing stakeholder adoption of research findings with strong presentation and influencing skills
  •  Experiment and inform risk-taking that constructively challenges  our categories and brands, including piloting new learning approaches to uncover emerging human truths and trends that lead to competitive advantage
  • Drive optimal mix of research studies by prioritizing foundational and initiative-specific learning, leveraging existing understanding and trends/ syndicated sources to connect dots for deeper insights
  • Partner with core category/ brand teams to shape strategic brand growth roadmaps, commercial plans and inform the execution thereof
  • Partner with product innovation teams to develop insights relevant to the early development of near-term innovation initiatives
  • Partner with advertising and media teams to drive excellence in storytelling and creative development as well as testing and measurement 

 

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing research, ideally in CPG or similar categories, with a focus on brand strategy, innovation, communication and go-to-market commercial execution
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong foundational knowledge of research tools and techniques, with a particular focus on both digital and agile research platforms
  • Identify opportunities where insights can add value to the organization and see learning initiatives through to action 
  • Ability to translate data into an actionable narrative, with a clear link to business implications

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Masters Degree
  • Extensive experience in presenting to stakeholders across levels of organizational experience with executive presence 
  • Strong business acumen across both brand and commercial understanding
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity in business needs and research approach
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills and demonstrated cross-functional teamwork experience


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $115.200,00 - $163.000,00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
