We are looking for a Manager to join our Global Treasury group. In this role, you will get to work on and increase your skills across a variety of core Treasury functions, including  capital markets, derivatives, foreign exchange and cash management. You will play a pivotal role in handling critical financial transactions and processes with precision and excellence. You will influence and drive decision-making across the organization, underscoring our commitment to robust financial management. 


The ideal candidate is a great teammate, an experienced people manager who can help develop and lead a team, and an excellent communicator who can balance multiple priorities and influence cross-functional partners and decision makers. 


What you will do: 

  • Handle corporate short-term liquidity, leading cash management transactions and settlements, and coordinating payments/receipts with stakeholders
  • Oversee and maintain bank account management activities including opening, maintenance, and closing procedures
  • Drive the roll-out of S4 Hana Treasury solutions and champion process optimization to enhance automation
  • Compile and analyze Quarterly US Cash Flow Forecast, providing insights to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Monitor global financial counterparty exposures, manage Counterparty Risk governance, and be responsible for Bank Account Governance
  • Prepare quarterly reports and provide comprehensive analytics for executive decision-making and compliance reporting


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 8+ years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance functions
  • Familiarity with financial markets, foreign exchange rates/markets, derivatives, cash management and banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite tools
  • Proven analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to process improvement and implementing best practices

 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg and SAP Treasury


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $130,000.00 - $163,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
