This position is right for you! In today’s dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the leadership team at Colgate to meet the ambitious growth and transformation goals. As the Associate Insights Manager, EOC (Enterprise Oral Care), you will have primary accountability for the development of consumer insights and understanding of the Oral Care category dynamics across markets, and for leveraging this in business decision-making, strategy development and innovations to achieve business goals of growth and profit. The ideal candidate will be an insights professional who is comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-paced organizational environment.


What You Will Do:

  • Research and Development: Design, develop, and implement actionable research programs for Colgate-Palmolive brands. Work alongside research agencies to orchestrate studies in various markets - both qualitative and quantitative
  • Collate and synthesize available research reports to arrive at actionable insights
  • Ability to analyse and synthesize secondary information sources like Social Listening, E-Com Ratings & Reviews data Develop, databases like Euromonitor and Mintel to arrive at insights on trends, opportunities and product performance
  • Cross functional collaboration: Build strong partnerships with innovation, marketing, design teams to align research insights with execution
  • Communicate research findings through compelling storytelling that inspires action


Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of expertise in an insights organization preferably with some client side experience especially in innovation insights
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies - both quantitative and qualitative
  • Highly organized, with an ability to juggle multiple projects and great with project management skills in organising meetings and budgets
  • Demonstrable curiosity and ability to join dots
  • Must be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
     


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
