The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and programs to achieve the short and long-term business objectives for the Colgate Professional Products


Principal Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the development and execution of brand marketing plans, including assessment of critical issues and the recommendation of strategic and tactical solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, promotional initiatives, and competitive activity. Effectively synthesize weekly share data for brand and competitor to identify key drivers
  • Manage day to day operations for the brand including sales forecasting, budgeting and tracking, invoicing, promotional and go-to-market planning
  • Ensure consistent and effective brand communication
  • Develop key briefing documents, including creative media and promotional briefs
  • Lead cross-functional project teams
  • Plan and analyze consumer and trade promotions
  • Identify cost savings opportunities



  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years Brand Marketing experience,  CPG experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills 
  • High level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results
  • Pragmatic and agile mindset, able & willing to work with what’s available (rather than wait for perfect) and constantly adapt to changing realities
