Who are you..

You are a Specialist -

Continuous Improvement :

  • Lead stream captains teams to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Drive the continuous improvement interface utilization
  • Drive process improvement methodologies to achieve efficiency gains.
  • Assess and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate Lion's Den sessions and guide teams with projects to be nominated on YCMAD.

Knowledge Management :

  • Create and implement an extensive knowledge management strategy.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository and documentation system.
  • Promote knowledge sharing practices across the organization.
  • Ensure knowledge resources are accessible, up-to-date, and relevant.
  • Train and educate team members on knowledge management standard processes.

 

You connect the dots -

HR Service Support :

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service through chat messages and online request forms
  • Answer questions on Colgate’s HR policies, programs and systems in a professional and efficient manner
  • Document all relevant notes on inquiries and resolution actions in case management system
  • Ensuring timely updation & enhancement of question bank
  • SPOC for HR Services Audit
  • Analyzing volume and type of inquiries and suggest continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Participating and driving HR Services scope expansion activities.

Operational Services HR Support :

  • Support in collecting and verifying India Payroll input.
  • Support in payroll audit.
  • coordinating with payroll vendor as a when required.

  • Collaborate with leaders from different streams to align continuous improvement and knowledge management efforts with interpersonal goals.
  • Share standard processes and lessons learned with other parts of the organization.

  • Come up with the continuous improvement ideas for the BAU work to bring in new efficiency
  • Drive ideas within the team.

 

What experience and knowledge will you bring?

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and or Shared Services Center
  • Experience in driving Continuous Improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Colgate operations (preferred)
  • Experience with HR and/or shared services technology functionality (e.g., Case management, knowledge management, ESS/MSS, etc.)

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams.
