What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation developer to join our exiting team. The successful candidate will lead
End to end test automations across the functions and landscapes.
Key responsibilities include Good understanding of requirements, Design and develop robust automations and provide support and continuous improvements

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being taught
- This position is for an Individual contributor who will responsible for the following.
- Process Understanding: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and optimize workflow processes.
- Development: Build robust automations adhering to Colgate governance and standards, followed by testing and supporting the automations.
- Continuous Improvement: Investigate and document better practices and solutions to continually enhance our processes.
- Exploration: Explore new ways of working and new features based on team priorities

Your proficiency in managing Test automations, coupled with your expertise in developing robust testing scripts, which align with business and functional
requirements
You are a collaborator -
- Your expertise and experience as a Automation developer will be instrumental in driving the success of our Automation team with effective collaboration with Functional and business teams
- You will work closely with GIT Functional and Business teams to implement robust testing scripts using the right framework and governance.
You are an innovator -
- Your dynamic initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible with Current testing tools and technologies. Your new way or working will drive the evolution of our Automation environment, from introducing innovative features to speed up of Automation developments and build robust automations.
- Your exploration in new areas to enhance business teams efficiency and productivity
What you’ll need…(Required)
- Bachelor degree of Engineering in CS, IT, etc
- Proven ability in test automation with experience of 3+ years of experience
- 2+ years experience in leading test automation technologies like UiPath Good understanding of SAP modules (FI, O2I, P2P). Experience in SAP automation is an added advantage
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and API development.
- Ability to work through ambiguous situations, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize critical tasks and projects.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in new areas
What you’ll need…(Preferred)
- Certifications: Developer Certification is helpful. Experience in integration testing and performance testing tools and technologies
- Experience working with cloud environments (eg, GCP, Azure)
