Job Summary:

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and coordination of campus recruitment activities ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves collaborating with academic institutions, managing recruitment events, and supporting HR campus initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Recruitment Execution:

 

  • Execute and coordinate campus recruitment activities to attract top talent from Tier 1 B-Schools.
  • Plan and organize campus recruitment events such as career fairs, pre-placement talks and on-campus interviews.
  • Coordinate logistical details for recruitment events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the candidate workflow through the campus recruitment process.

 

HR Coordination:

 

  • Assist with the coordination of HR activities such as onboarding processes of Campus Hires, their training, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of campus recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Generate and present reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to various campuses as required.
