Job Summary
To review, validate and process invoices.
Responsibilities -
- Review, verify & post PO/NPO invoices (3rd Party/Inter-company)
- Check business requests for invoice processing, payment processing
- Ensure the correct rate of Tax (GST/TDS) has been applied.
- Perform vendor account reconciliation, resolve the differences and obtain sign offs
- Generate, analyze and clearing the GRIR report
- Analyze old vendor balances and clear issues arising thereof
- Review of debit balances in vendor accounts and resolution of the same
- Review of open Purchase Orders and highlight exceptions
- Review, prepare & validate Payment proposal
- Duplicate invoice checking
- Ensure adequate controls over the process are maintained
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy
- Prepare MIS for Business Engagement meetings
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Address level 2 support related supplier/internal customer inquiries
- Review and timely resolution of all audit queries
- Prepare and Maintain SOX documentation
- Prior experience of working on SAP (preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of Google Suite, MS office
- Working knowledge of GST provisions and withholding tax.
Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)
- Bachelors Degree required
- Min 2+ years experience
Preferred Requirements
- SAP
- Knowledge of GST and withholding tax (TDS) of India
- Import & Duty invoices processing knowledge for India
