Job Summary (purpose): Responsible for managing a hub/ subsidiary.

 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to-

 

Service & Internal Controls Assurance

● Monitor on day-to-day basis to ensure accurate and on-time service delivery by team following SLAs and process governance tools

● Regularly review SOX/Internal controls compliances in team with proper documentation and promptly remediate any discrepancy observed

● Be the first line of defense for team and business in resolution of escalated queries / issues with a sense of urgency and ensure no repeats. Include assessing the issues needing IT help and raising appropriate Incident requests with preliminary root cause analysis.

● Proactively plan capacity & activity with team and relevant stakeholders for major milestone service deliveries like Month-end/Year-end closing, Reporting, Quarterly costing, etc

● Work with Team Lead to assess the ad hoc service requests from business and guide teams for action

● Working with a team to ensure SOBPs are up-to-date and incorporate any changes required in a timely manner. Keeping Team Lead informed of and consult for any major changes.

● Develop analysis and insights from business data to support business leaders make informed decisions

● Ensure regular engagement with stakeholders in a proactive manner and use these connects to issue resolve, build rapport, learning and development of team

 

Projects & Continuously Improvements

● Bring up any process improvement ideas from the team with assessment of impact on process effectiveness and efficiency and guide the team in implementation.

● Support global projects / CPIs implementation / efficiency delivery measures

 

People Enablement

● Onboarding new members in the team and assessing effectiveness of learning and scale up from early days for successful service delivery.

● Assign and Assess performance (through regular check-ins) KPI's, Individual Objectives and plan for successions in the team

● Facilitate ongoing functional learning in team on regular basis based on feedback from business or own assessment of the needs/gaps

● Developing back-up among resources within team

● Provide on-going coaching and feedback to team through regular check-ins

● Proactively support development and implementation of CDP action items for the team for talent development

● Learn about and support coaching culture in team

● Use the recognition tools and forums for timely recognition of good work in team and peers

 

What you’ll need...

● 8+ years of experience 

●Proficient in SAP - FI/CO/PA/MM modules, Advanced Excel & Google Sheets, BI Reporting platforms(preferred),Deep experience in Costing, Inventory and Fixed Assets processes

Comfortable with managing and analyzing large data and developing visualization in Slides (or other tools)

● Prior experience in working with multiple teams including business engagement across virtual platforms (Preferred)
