The position will report to Key Account manager. 

JOB PURPOSE

For specific customers in the Lazio and Tuscany region, ensure the achievement of sales objectives by executing strategies and driving sell out for our Brand.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and implementation of sell-out and sell-in activities at POS level:

  • Protect and enhance the brand image in the covered area, according to the company and customer exposition guidelines and strategy.

  • Implementation of the trade plan agreed centrally by KAM and customers category manager.

  • Strengthen the relationship with Area Managers of the national chains.

Training:

  • Launches update: present the new launches from a technical point of view, but paying greater attention to positioning and sales advice

  • Advice support: enhance products through sales advice and cross selling, creating ad hoc focuses according to different needs

  • Training of new resources: entire catalog training for new store staff

Merchandising:

  • Planogram update: ensure that shelf display reflects company/agreement guidelines

  • PLV enhancement: verify that trade materials are present and displayed adequately

  • Off-Shelf: Increase visibility by creating off-shelf displays where possible

Sell-out activities:

  • Execution of sell-out events in specific periods (eg Masterclass, Meet&Greet, etc…)

  • Monitoring of sell-out objectives and implementing targeted actions

Sell-in activities:

  • Contribute to sales increase by supporting organized clients centrally managed by KAM

  • Presentation of seasonal commercial activities and execution of the promotional plan

  • Monitoring of sell-in objectives and implementing corrective solutions

  • Transfer order management / replenishment from warehouse

 

KEY CHALLENGES

 

  • Guarantee a high-level consulting service for our best clients, that are constantly supported with training session, merchandising service and data analysis. Verify that the sell-out / sell-in results are constantly in compliance with what is agreed, share the progresses with clients and, in accordance with them, implement corrections and propose innovative solution.

  • Acquire a deep knowledge of the market and develop the ability to read the consumer needs. Gather and share with KAM crucial information about our brand or competitors (consumers response to launches, new brands, competitor initiatives…), propose practical ideas and creative solutions to improve the business and the brand activities, based on the field work and observation.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Bachelor’s or Master's (or Post Grad Degree) 
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite
  • Languages: fluent in italian, good knowledge of english
  • Knowledge of dermo cosmetic market 
  • Knowledge of National Chains

LOCATION: It is a commercial role that involves daily customer visits in the assigned area. The Filorga Italy office is in Milan.
