Objetivo del Puesto:

Desarrollar, implementar, coordinar y supervisar las actividades relacionadas con los clientes con el fin de lograr los objetivos comerciales de la empresa sirviendo de enlace entre los puntos de venta y la administración central del cliente. Es el responsable junto con el Ejecutivo de la zona de la venta del distribuidor o mayorista.

 

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

 

  • Supervisar a la fuerza de venta del distribuidor/mayoristas para el cumplimiento del objetivo de venta.
  • Analizar resultados de ventas y distribución para evaluar cumplimiento en los objetivos.
  • Supervisar y controlar las actividades de distribución, ventas, promocionales, control de inventarios y rotación de los productos de los clientes.
  • Coordinar la ejecución en los puntos de ventas con el personal outsourcing o personal de los clientes. 
  • Identificar oportunidades y trasladarlas al Ejecutivo de Ventas y al equipo comercial para el desarrollo de estrategias que respondan a los cambios competitivos en el mercado.
  • Mapeo de los puntos de venta de la zona a su cargo para asegurar cobertura. 
  • Velar por la correcta implementación de las 5 P´s en los puntos de venta a su cargo.
  • Manejar e implementar las guías de exhibición.
  • Entregar material promocional a los mercaderistas del distribuidor y verificar su uso adecuado.

 

Requisitos Mínimos

 

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas afines.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en el área comercial, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail Marketing o afines (Pasantías aplican)
  • Habilidades de negociación.
  • Nivel intermedio-avanzado de Excel/Sheets para manejar grandes volúmenes de información.
  • Nivel de inglés básico-intermedio
  • Licencia de conducir activa
