This position represents the Colgate Palmolive company, managing the relationship with the client based on trust and respect, marketing and developing the 5p's of the different product categories, in order to increase sales profitably, improve levels of their distribution and market shares, in accordance with our business principles and maintaining a healthy credit portfolio. Helps prepare, negotiate and implement JBP, marketing and promotional campaigns to drive demand. Forecast, develop, implement and supervise customer specific plans to achieve our commercial goals of net sales, share, margin, within budget spend. Communicate plans to field teams for in-store support. Visit stores to better understand implementation challenges to optimize future approaches. Share findings, insights and recommendations.
 

What you will do:

 

  • Establish and build strong business relationships with Customers providing objectives and reliable business analysis, ensuring continuous and sustainable Growth.
  • Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the correct execution of 5p's.
  • Enforce credit policies defined by CP. Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory.
  • Analyze data from Sell Out, distribution, coverage, effectiveness, sales volumes, inventories, For the mandatory assortment, to capitalize opportunities to assure Double Digit Growth.
  • Negotiate and reach monthly Sell In / Sell Out Quota with each Customer and Territory
  • Conduct Monthly Business Review with Customers to develop Action Plans and monitoring KPIs.
  • Indirect Sales Force daily Tracking for achieving Sell Out and Coverage objectives
 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related.
  • At least 2 years In Commercial Area / trade marketing. At least one year of experience in Field Sales IT Channel within a similar industry.
  • Driver's License ( at least 1 yr.)
  • No restrictions to live in out-site Lima.
  • Proficient in XLS / Google Suite
  • English proficiency level Intermediate+


Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Computer Literacy Office, Google Tools and SAP management
  • Preference experiences in other Channels (Supermarket or Pharmacy)
