Scope of Responsibility:

Order processing analyst is responsible for optimally performing the order fulfillment process while encouraging effective relationships with both customers and CP colleagues

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Receive sales orders from the customers daily basis; credit & products availability check and vehicle planning

  • Working closely with Operations to plan, analyse customer needs, to follow up on orders to ensure on time and complete delivery

  • Partners with Finance to optimize the order-to-cash cycle, and total delivered cost

  • Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our customers through the development and maintenance of order fulfillment best practices

  • Uses Supply Chain data and analytical tools optimally including SAP and Business Intelligence

 

Functional Proficiencies:

Customer Service & Logistics

  • Achieves customer-focused Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by balancing customer service, distribution costs and inventory level.

  • Understands Supply Chain constraints such as product release, manufacturing, distribution, and customer requirements

  • Grasps the business processes and SAP systems that optimize finished goods replenishment

  • Applies the fundamentals of pull systems, inventory control, and cycle time reduction

  • Understands the drivers of Demand Management

  • Embraces best practices for improving sales forecast accuracy

  • Develops sourcing solutions using analytical, financial, and negotiation skills

  • Knows and uses the Recovery and Recall procedure

 

Required Qualification :

  • Higher Education Degree in Finance, Economics, Management etc.

  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience; preferably with a Multinational FMCG company

  • Proficient in Turkish and English (good to have)
