Job summary:

The E-Commerce Customer Development Manager is responsible for the development and execution of people centric engagement with customers to drive the business and build a mutually helpful partnership with the retailers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with retailer marketing organization to unlock new opportunities for growth and partnership

  • Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in top performance and achieve KPIs

  • Ensure robust plans to drive category / trade business plan across the set channels and develop promotional strategy and drive execution

  • Leverage digital to drive demand & purchase

  • Leverage innovations in an exciting, personalized and differentiated way via using available customer tools.

  • Review 6P&A scorecard and recommend & execute actions for higher results

  • Estimate and execute yearly traffic distribution, CR, marketing spending and channel performance for eCommerce retailers

  • Be partner and coordinate digital marketing activities with agencies to ensure to optimize traffic driving initiatives for eCommerce retailers

  • Coordinate partner relationships with technology platforms for mutual business opportunities

  • As an integral member of an expert and dynamic team, you will work with various internal teams including: consumer marketing, retail marketing, key accounts, supply, packaging as well as customers to drive commercial strategy

 

Required Qualification :

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering and similar

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the MNC or FMCG industry
