Do you want to drive and lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives based on the global Factory Performance and Reliability principles?

 

The FP&R (Operational Excellence Site Coordinator) is responsible for implementation and execurtion of the global Colgate-Palmolive Factory Performance and Reliability program at the Hustopece manufacturing facility.

 

You drive continuous improvement to the plant's targeted improvement goals by actively searching for improvement areas and bottlenecks using the tools and principles of contiunous improvement (SMED, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and VW, RCA), available production data and plant capacity.

 

Program implementation status and selected KPI's are regularly communicated by the Coordinator at regional and corporate levels. You lead and strengthen the team in various improvement initiatives, team education and prioritization of continuous improvement opportunities.

 

What do you bring?

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree (university education) in the field of Engineering / Project management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing company/food production
  • Experience in managing people
  • Setting priorities and promoting teamwork
  • Knowledge of production processes, tools and improvement methodologies, experience in their active use
  • Creative thinking, sharing ideas and continuous improvement
  • Very good knowledge of English

 

Advantage:

 

  • Experience from a production plant (food industry, feed industry)
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
  • Good presentation skills
