Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a dynamic and proactive Frontline Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The Partner will develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to support our manufacturing operations, ensuring a steady pipeline of people who align with our company culture and operational needs. This role is integral in ensuring the recruitment of skilled frontline plant talent across all North America manufacturing sites (South Carolina, Tennessee, New Jersey, Ohio and Maine).
The position can be based in Greenwood, SC or Morristown, TN and may require occasional travel to attend job fairs, recruitment events, and to visit other manufacturing sites. A mix of office and manufacturing plant environments is expected.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Create and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract candidates, including machine operators, technicians, and other specialized roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and key success factors for manufacturing positions.

Apply data analytics to assess and measure the efficiency of recruitment strategies and adjust.

Champion diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process
2. Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

Leverage various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and partnerships with technical schools.

Conduct proactive outreach and networking to build a diverse pipeline of candidates.

Develop and maintain relations with community organizations, trade schools, and other relevant entities to promote job opportunities.
3. Screening and Selection:

Use ATS (Success Factors) to handle position requisitions, job postings, candidate sourcing, and applicant data

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and short-list candidates for further assessment.

Coordinate candidate assessments and technical tests, where applicable.

Work with local HR Business Associates to schedule on site interviews.
4. Employer Branding and Career Fairs:

Assist in promoting Colgate - Palmolive as an employer of choice within the manufacturing sector.

Identifying key dates for university and technical school career fairs

Aligning the recruitment team’s availability with the scheduled events
5. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all recruitment activities align with relevant laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and selection processes within the applicant tracking system

Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition

Prior examples of using data-driven insights to influence others to align with your recommendations

Prior examples which demonstrate the ability to be agile, adapt and pivot in a fast paced environment when demands shift or change.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting frontline roles

Previous working experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Understanding of employment laws such as the OFCCP Definition of an Applicant

Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrates critical thinking skills to address recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions.

Provides outstanding service to internal customers and candidates.

Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS etc.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $102.400,00 - $144.000,00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
