Associate Omni-channel engagement manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on team member to join our Marketing team, with a focus on professional engagement with veterinary professionals. This role will serve as a critical link between the marketing function and all stakeholder teams in direct contact with veterinary professionals—including field sales, e-commerce, Logistics, and other customer-facing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the professional marketing strategy focused on veterinary engagement within the Hill’s DACH Marketing Team.

  • Support the team’s role in delivering commercial targets and managing the full P&L for the region, providing coordination and insight that help translate marketing strategy into business results.

  • Act as the key connector between the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, PVA and CS&L and Regional Marketing 

  • Assist in the operational rollout of marketing campaigns, projects, and tools, ensuring seamless integration into field execution.

  • Take full ownership of the end to end logistics of all sales materials—from planning and budgeting to production, storage, and delivery - ensuring efficiency, cost control, and timely availability. 

  • Apply data-driven thinking to track KPIs and drive continuous process improvement and ROI optimization to help guide future investment and engagement decisions

  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.

  • Organize and coordinate remote and in-person sales meetings for the entire DACH sales organization.

This role will give you the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the Hills commercial organization and the comprehensive understanding of the market we operate in.
