Title: MIS Executive

Role Summary/Purpose :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to support our Human Resources and Retail Marketing Managers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of monthly salary, incentive payouts and expense reimbursement reports, prepare ad hoc reports as per  business requirement using large sets of internal sales data, and provide other necessary essential administrative support. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in advanced MS Excel, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly HR & sales reports, with accuracy and within timeliness.

  • Work independently and share the analysis with minimum supervision

  • Adhere to all relevant company policies and financial regulations.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations.



Required  Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

  • Proven proficiency in MS Excel (essential) with knowledge of key board shortcuts

  • Ability to manage large sets of data

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.   

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Advanced Excel Certification

  • Strong Interpersonal & leadership skills

  • Data driven approach

  • Preferred Qualifications can be assessed based on interviews
