Als Allround medewerker Utilities ben je dagelijks aan de slag met (laten) uitvoeren van groot-en klein onderhoud aan de utilities binnen de fabriek in Etten-Leur. Dit betekent dat je zelf reparaties uitvoert of contractors begeleid die je extern inhuurt om (specialistische) werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Dit gaat om zowel mechanische als civieltechnische reparaties of aanpassingen aan de gebouwen en het terrein. 

Zo ben je bijv. ieder half jaar aan de slag met de keuring van onze sprinklerinstallatie. Deze wordt door twee externe partijen gekeurd en jij zorgt ervoor dat dit tijdig wordt gepland en coördineert de werkzaamheden waar meerdere monteurs bij betrokken zijn. Zodra de keuringsrapportages gereed zijn zorg jij voor een correcte administratie en sluit de werkorders af in SAP.

Daarnaast hebben we ook een aantal systemen die signaleren bij afwijkingen, zoals bij het stoomsysteem. Indien daar een lekkage binnenkomt maak je een notificatie aan in SAP en check je of de benodigde onderdelen op voorraad zijn. Indien dat niet zo is vraag je de Technisch Inkoper om deze te bestellen. Zodra het onderdeel, bijv. de condenspot binnen is, vervang je deze zelfstandig en werk je het signaleringssysteem en SAP bij.

Je kunt je voorstellen dat jij een van de personen bent die op alle plekken in de fabriek komt! En je werkt met veel verschillende collega's en afdelingen samen. De werkzaamheden voer je uit in dagdienst, waarbij de zaterdag onderdeel is van je vaste werkrooster. De vaste "weekend" dagen zijn in overleg af te stemmen. 

Wat heb je nodig?

• MBO niveau 3 of 4 diploma, bijv. Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of Technicus Engineering

• Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pré
• Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en bent besluitvaardig
• Bereidheid tot het behalen van functie specifieke certificaten o.a.: Heftruck / NEN 3140 / VCA VOL
