About the Role:


Do you love diving into data, uncovering insights, and making a real impact on business decisions? We’re looking for someone just like you! This role supports our business by enabling data-driven decision-making and planning through powerful predictive and descriptive analytics. You’ll be at the forefront, developing, interpreting, and communicating impactful reports and insights.

 

What you will do:


HR Analytics

  • Discover Trends: Identify and gather critical workforce data and HR trends.
  • Collaborate and Analyze: Partner with COHRE and business leaders across various departments to conduct insightful descriptive and predictive analyses, interpreting results to plan effective actions.
  • Share Insights: Present your groundbreaking ideas and findings on various HR processes.
  • Standard Reporting: Create and maintain essential standardized reports on relevant organizational topics.
  • Proactive Presentation: Proactively prepare and present data analysis on pivotal business topics (e.g., trend analysis, benchmarking, key human capital issues).
  • Simplify Complexity: Translate and present complex analyses into easily understandable, practical, and actionable insights.

Workforce

  • Lead Planning: Head the workforce budgeting and planning processes (including headcount and salary budgeting) in collaboration with COHRE for Compensation and the Finance team.
  • Analyze Trends: Dive into workforce data to pinpoint organizational trends.
  • Drive Efficiency: Work with the Finance department to seek out efficiencies and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Flexible Analysis: Design and deliver agile, flexible analyses that support workforce strategy in collaboration with business and HR leaders.
  • Practical Solutions: Formulate practical ideas and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear and engaging presentations to stakeholders.

Intern Program

  • Coordinate Selection: Work with Evenplan and INROADS to select interns for the entire organization.
  • Manage Processes: Handle all administrative tasks and payments related to intern providers.
  • Intern Activities: Coordinate intern-related activities with HRBPs (renewals, plant visits, etc.).

Government Agencies Relations

  • Coordinate Questionnaires: Manage government agency questionnaires (e.g., INEGI) about Colgate’s process management.

Internal Organizational Climate Survey

  • Oversee Application: Coordinate the application process of the internal survey.
  • Analyze and Define Trends: Analyze results and articulate defining trends.

 

What do you need for the position:

 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a data analysis and reporting-related field (Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, etc.).
  • Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in workplace data analysis or workforce planning, ideally in the consumer products industry.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Proven experience working with business leaders.
  • HR Expertise: Experience in HR processes and programs, with specialization in at least one HR area (Compensation, Benefits, Development, Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion, Analytics, etc.).
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with company-used software tools like SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficient in Tableau or other comparable data analysis tools.
  • Languages: Advanced English Level
