About The Role
The Sr Brand Insights Manager for our Home Care category will drive brand positioning insights work to feed into Brand Purpose Model development and Co-Lead People Journeys development in partnership with divisional marketing directors! Lead communication (traditional & digital) testing and findings. This role will work in close partnership with the Impactful Brand Experience (IBE) and Red Fuse teams by sharing comms takeaways that guide communication development and media planning. Integrate findings from cultural/social understanding, creative development, ad performance and MMMs (connect the dots) to form a solid posture that impacts comms strategies! 


What You Will Do

  • Drive Brand Equity/Tracking studies (IE. brand positioning) to capture takeaways that contribute to both communication and brand positioning work.

  • Drive implications and takeaways from Media studies (IE. MMM’s, TAR) to advise media/comms planning.

  • Lead Audience segmentation

  • Support local initiatives by ensuring local teams follow comms testing guidelines and sharing findings that avoid committing to unnecessary research.

  • Lead meta learning field to elevate communication development capabilities with the BIG and local teams.

  • Leverage foresight and cultural understanding to build people centric communications.

  • Build and handle brand insights budget at a category level.


What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in research in CPG ideal, Tech/Digitally centered companies also preferred (IE Facebook/Google), research agencies and also strategic areas from Advertising agencies.

  • Evident digital capabilities for research + strong experience with agile research platforms

  • Experienced in communication development and testing

  • Advanced English Level
     

What Gives You a Plus (Required Qualifications)

  • Experience managing Pre testing, advertising tracking, brand lifts and brand equity
