Resume of the Position: 

This position uses technology to streamline and improve business to business processes with customers, suppliers, carriers, banks, and government; Provide SAP, WebMethods, CPI, API Management and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of Integration applications; Follow up and takes proper actions to provide IT support to issue resolution following the Standard Operating Procedure in Global Information Technology (GIT).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Support day to day business requirements according to Global Service Level Agreements and defined GIT support schema 

• Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes

• Lead, collaborate and implement Projects related to the Area according to the GIT Project Grid across the Division

• Participate in Project Planning and implementation of multiple and complex GIT projects simultaneously

• Drive analysis, research, and resolution of requests submitted by the business using existing technologies and ensuring solutions aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies. 

• Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business.

• Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available

• Connect and align between business operational goals and Information Technology strategies

• Understand and apply GIT Project Implementation Methodology to build plans and implement projects that will comply with GIT governance practices.

• Partner with other internal Information Technology organizations and other cross-functional business units as necessary

• Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers, and external resources

• Able to influence and negotiate critical decisions with key customers and partners

What do you need for the position?

• Bachelor's degree  in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar Degree. 
• At least 6 months of experience in programming language, or information technology.
• Advanced English 
• Experience in programming 
• Knowledge in SAP: SD (sales and distribution), facturación electronica (desirable). 
• Programming Language: ABAP (desirable).
