Job Summary
The Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) team ensures that inventory levels are adequate to meet consumer demands by working collaboratively with customers and internal Colgate-Palmolive teams.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Design and implement metric controls with customers and CDT's to accurately reflect business status and identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels at Points of Sale.
Understand internal and customer replenishment and logistics processes to find efficiencies within the distribution network.
Ensure objectives alignment and maintain constant communication of strategies that have a positive impact on Fill Rate.
Collaborate with CDT and Demand Planning on commercial strategies that enhance the planning of customer or company requirements.
Create action plans to address root inefficiencies, aiming to improve product availability and fill rates, increase sales, and achieve FDP Acc, in collaboration with the customer's replenishment team.
Participate in efficiency projects and develop standardized processes for customers.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
Basic requirements include: (note, these are non-negotiable requirements for the job and cannot be changed after grading/posting)
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Proficiency in advanced Excel.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong analytical skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience with replenishment processes.
Knowledge of forecasting techniques.
Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
