About the Role:
The CBS Talent Acquisition Jr Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process. This position is responsible, but is not limited to provide recruiting support to our hiring teams through the end-to-end process, while ensuring a unique experience for internal candidates, scheduling logistics for interviews, and technology maintenance.
What you will do:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for our business clients teams by reviewing resumes, and managing internal candidates through the interview process.
- Conduct strategic kick off conversations with hiring managers and support the job description creation process.
- Support screening and sourcing activities
- Confirms participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants
- Schedules travel for candidate interviews (if necessary)
- Sends interview schedule and directions or teleconference instructions to all participants
- Distribute requisite tools / templates to support the evaluation process
- Manage / maintain all process documentation (if applicable)
- Creates and sends offers / contracts (or updated offers if necessary) to the candidate
- Advances candidate status in GRMS
- Initiate onboarding process
- Reviews results of pre-employment due diligence testing
- Escalates any issues to appropriate decision makers
What do you need for the position:
- Bachelor´s Degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in a corporate environment in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
- Advanced English Level
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external / client communications with detailed support and assistance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment
