Job Summary:
The CBS Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process. They are responsible for assisting the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking.
What you will do:
- Schedule logistics for external recruiting events.
- Confirm participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants.
- Schedule travel for candidate interviews (if necessary).
- Send interview schedule and directions or teleconference instructions to all participants.
- Distribute requisite tools / templates to support the evaluation process.
- Manage / maintain all process documentation (if applicable).
- Create and send offers / contracts (or updated offers if necessary) to the candidate.
- Advance candidate status in GRMS.
- Issue candidate survey (GRMS).
- Create job requisitions / job postings.
- Referral program validation and / payout tracking.
- Confirm start date and communicate day one logistics to new hires.
- Initiate onboarding checklist for Hiring Manager.
- Initiate onboarding checklist activities for provisioning (IT, Facilities, Security, Training, Compliance).
- Initiate pre-employment checks with external vendor(s), monitor pre-hire due diligence timelines, and collect results.
- Notify relevant parties in the event of adverse impact for communication to affected candidate (step based on legal requirements for some countries).
- Review results of pre-employment due diligence testing.
- Supervise if there are issues flagged during the pre-employment process.
- Escalate any issues to appropriate decision makers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR functions.
- Experience working with LATAM market.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with the candidates.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
This role is temporary for 10 months.
