About the Role:
 

The Accounts Payable Departments in CBS Mexico - Finance is responsible for the following processes:
Accounts Payable (rush invoices, down payments and express payables processing)
Payments (3rd parties and Intercompanies)
 

What you will do:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 

• Executive Payment runs
• Quantify cash restrictions
• Have an strong control to identify payment rejected
• Elaborate and deliver payment schedules
• Follow up open items at bank reconciliation
• Attend corporate and SOX audits
• Collaborate on cashforecast elaboration regarding payments Testing and implementation of continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications:
  

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• At least 2 years in experience in Accounts Payable, Record to report or treasury
• English level - Intermediate Advanced
• Excel and/or Google Sheets - Intermediate Advanced
• SAP

This is a temporary role for 6 months.
