Get in the Game: Dive into the Role
Step up as our Brans Insights Manager for the Personal Care category and be responsible for driving brand positioning insights to inform BPM (Brand Planning Model) development. You will co-lead People Journeys initiatives in collaboration with the Brand Innovation Group, and lead testing and analysis of both traditional and digital communications. In this role, you will also work closely with Impactful Brand Experience (IBE) and WPP teams, sharing key communication learnings to guide message development and media planning. By integrating insights from cultural and social understanding, creative development, advertising performance, and MMMs, this position helps shape effective communication strategies and impactful media plans.
Your Mission: What You Will Do
- Drive brand equity and tracking studies to generate insights for communication and positioning.
- Lead pre-testing and ad tracking for both traditional and digital brand communications.
- Oversee insights from digital platform studies (e.g., Facebook, YouTube) to inform strategy.
- Analyze media study learnings (e.g., MMMs, TAR) to optimize media and comms planning.
- Lead audience segmentation and co-lead People Journeys development with key partners.
- Support local IBE initiatives by enforcing comms testing guidelines and sharing learnings.
- Manage brand insights budget and promote people-centric communications through foresight and cultural understanding.
Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics , Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Communications, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in research in CPG ideal, Tech/Digitally centered companies also preferred (ie Facebook/Google), research agencies and also strategic planning areas from Advertising agencies.
- Strong experience with agile research platforms.
- Experienced in communication development and testing.
- Advanced English Level.
