About The Role
As Bilingual Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the flawless execution of tasks that are vital to the business! These include and are not limited to working with suppliers in the purchase order process, getting office supplies for the team, schedule meetings, assist to update meetings and collaborate with regional managers. Handle travel and personal expenses account for senior members of the team and resolve any issues that may arise and affect the team's daily work!
What You Will Do
- Build all the CS for payments from our suppliers
- Follow up of Purchase Orders
- Work on Purchase Order and communication with vendors, for payment
- Look after the expense accounts
- Always be up to date on all the tools Colgate provides us to make work easier and more efficient
- Request access for new employees such as: email, computer equipment, sampling, telephone line
- Follow up on expenses per month for closing each quarter, and annually COFEPRIS payments and payments for warehouses
- Collaborate with managers ensuring the best proficiency practices in office environment
- Schedule meetings for the senior team, including meeting rooms and spaces keeping all team members updated of changes
What You Need (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related

Minimum 3 years of shown experience
- Google tools management
- Effective communication & proactivity
- Organization and priorities setting
- Cross-organizational collaboration
