About The Role

As Associate Brand Manager for our Brand Innovation Group,  you will be seating in Mexico City but working for all Latin America countries! You have the responsibility to drive brand and category growth for our Home Care products in the Latin America Division by finding key consumer opportunities and translating into innovation and communication strategy and pipeline for the following years, also, you will lead the cross-functional teams for New Product development.

 

What You Will Do

  • Integrate local business needs with regional & global strategy

  • Design regional GTM strategies including commercial and consumer guidelines

  • Ensure On time Regional launches and keep close track to timelines

  • Align and communicate Latam rollouts with divisional and local teams

  • Drive brand growth by delivering consumer winning propositions

  • Build and implement with excellence innovation pipeline

  • Coordinate cross-functional team for New Products and IMC

  • Ensure profitability: P&L Management and budget control

  • Define Consumer Insight plan based on category opportunities

  • Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs

 

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related

  • Between 1 and 3 years in marketing as Assistant Brand Manager or similar positions in Marketing
  • Experience in Local Business Operations and Project Management
  • Advanced English Level

  • Nielsen Advisor / Answers

  • SAP desirable
