Job Purpose
Join our team as an Associate Digital Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how we connect with veterinary clinic professionals across the Nordics, including Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will lead the development of an innovative digital engagement strategy, focusing on creating a vibrant multi-channel and multi-format platform for effective two-way communication.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Management, Professional & Veterinary Affairs, Sales, and Finance, to craft digital content that resonates with our audience. Your insights and guidance will be invaluable to senior management as we navigate the evolving digital landscape to drive strategic growth.

What You Will Do
- Implement digital engagement strategies tailored to local needs, ensuring inclusivity and relevance.
- Lead and optimize the Hill’s Advantage App loyalty tool across the Nordic region, managing the planning and execution of activity grids.
- Drive the implementation of digital tools in Nordic countries, ensuring they achieve maximum impact.
- Collaborate with Professional Veterinary Affairs and digital marketing teams to create content for vet professionals, supporting targeted engagement initiatives.
- Conduct data mining and analysis from diverse sources to develop insights that uncover opportunities for sales growth, enhance user experiences, and support brand advocacy in the veterinary sector using our digital tools.
- Develop and enhance reporting and KPI dashboards to track the performance of platforms and assets.
- Oversee the part of the marketing budget allocated to professional digital projects.
- Proactively monitor advancements in the digital professional space and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Present insights and recommended actions during monthly internal meetings.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining timely delivery and quality outcomes while aligning with overall business objectives.
Who You Are
- Higher education degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of new digital developments, ideally with relevant experience.
- You possess a solid grasp of business terms and have strong analytical abilities.
- Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and high integrity.
- You are self-motivated, driven, and thrive in a competitive environment.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Nordic languages is an added advantage.
