Rôle: 

Rejoignez Colgate-Palmolive, un leader mondial avec une présence dans plus de 200 pays, et contribuez au développement de marques incontournables telles que Soupline, Sanex, Tahiti, et Elmex. 

 

En tant que e- Category Manager merchandiser junior, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement de nos clients pure player et drive,  en exécutant et pilotant des stratégies catégorielle et merchandising efficaces. 

 

Basé à Colombes, vous aurez la flexibilité de travailler en télétravail 2 jours par semaine en accord avec votre manager.

 

Missions :

  • Établir et déployer la stratégie d'E-merchandising afin d’influencer la grande distribution: Faire des recommandations e-catégorielles pour maximiser nos performances et celles de nos partenaires de la grande distribution. 

  • Innover: Leader des projets cross fonctionnels liés aux dernières tendances e-commerce afin de développer ce circuit à travers les meilleurs outils

  • Gestion et optimisation de contenu en ligne : Assurer la mise en ligne optimale des produits sur les plateformes des clients, et la création de contenu adéquat.

  • Collaboration Interne: Travailler étroitement avec les équipes marketing et commerciales afin d’embarquer et de former les différents services 

 

Compétences requises :

  • Diplôme Bac +4/5 

  • Expérience : 2 ans d’expérience en vente terrain et un an en tant que Catman enseigne ou poste similaire

  • Autonome et rigoureux, vous avez des compétences en organisation et un esprit analytique

  • Capacité à utiliser des outils de suivi des ventes et des données de marché

  • Très bon niveau d’anglais (min 850 toeic)

 

Compétences appréciées :

  • Expérience préalable dans le secteur des biens de consommation courante (PGC)

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à établir des relations solides

  • Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative et à s'adapter rapidement aux changements stratégiques
