Job Purpose
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our international teams and to partner with the local WE Hub teams on the ground (Western Europe Hub = France, Netherlands, Belgium).
The WE Hub Total Rewards manager reports directly to the Europe/Africa&Eurasia Total Rewards Director. He/She works closely with the local HRD, HRBPs and business partners in order to understand the business strategy and design/implement a strong total rewards strategy for the WE Hub - ensuring our local compensation and benefits programs competitiveness as well as enabling the company to attract, grow and retain talents.
The WE Hub Total Rewards manager is responsible for designing a local total rewards strategy, in alignment with the company strategic goal and the global total rewards policies.
Main responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits

Participate in benchmark surveys (salary & benefits) and evaluate company’s competitiveness on the local markets (France, Netherlands, Belgium)

Analyze company’s local practices (including for plant) and propose any necessary adjustments in order to ensure an equitable, fair and competitive compensation package across the 3 countries

Prepare, coordinate and implement the annual salary review for the WE Hub : budget recommendations, unions negotiations, merit matrix, various operational actions

Ensure that the Global Total Rewards strategy is appropriately implemented within the local policies

Manage the annual bonus campaign and implement (adapt if necessary) the Group bonus policies for the WE Hub

Review and approve compensation packages

Review regularly the company’s benefits local practices and propose/design/implement any adjustments if needed (change in the local law, benchmark) in order to maintain a best-in-class local coverage.

Participate in different regional and global projects
International Mobility
In coordination with specific law firms :

Manage local aspects of international transfers for the WE Hub countries and ensure the company’s local compliance (social charges, taxes, contracts, documents…) on this matter

Conduct specific analysis and prepare any necessary recommendations on international mobility specific situations (especially secondment, business traveler, international home office…)
Reporting

Partner with the Finance team to provide salary mass data (budgets, last estimates, ad hoc requests…)

In collaboration with the local HR teams : participate in the headcount planning and follow-up
Payroll - France only

Manage the profit sharing annual operations : calculations, campaign implementation, coordination with account keeping company…

Perform monthly payroll checks and validations for Colgate France HQ employees (ca. 350 payslips) - in coordination with the payroll manager

Perform regular payroll set up reviews and take any necessary actions if needed (in close collaboration with payroll manager)
Skills And Experience :

Significant experience (5+ years) in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits

Expert knowledges in compensation & benefits practices - including local market specific regulations/laws

Ability to develop and promote an in-depth reflection about Total rewards and to work in a fast faced environment

Ability to factor multiple drivers : business strategy, people strategy, global/local specific requirements, financial requirements. A strong business and financial acumen is required for this role.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and to develop (creative) problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical thinking and communication skills including the ability to prepare and present technical topics

Excellent language skills in French and English

Proficiency in HR systems and other relevant software applications
Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible, basé à Colombes et requiert environ 10 % de déplacements. Le télétravail est autorisé 2 à 3 jours par semaine avec un maximum de 10 jours par mois, au choix du salarié, en accord avec son manager et les besoins de service
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
