Category Manager Enseigne H/F 

Localisation : Colombes, avec environ 10 % de déplacements

 

Rôle :

Rejoignez Colgate-Palmolive, un leader mondial avec une présence dans plus de 200 pays, et contribuez au développement de marques incontournables telles que Soupline, Sanex, Tahiti, et Elmex. En tant que Category Manager Enseigne, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement de nos clients en exécutant et pilotant des stratégies commerciales efficaces. Basé à Colombes, vous aurez la flexibilité de travailler en télétravail 10 jours par mois en accord avec votre manager.

 

Responsabilités:

  • Exécuter et piloter la stratégie commerciale par enseigne pour optimiser l'assortiment et la promotion des produits, en respectant les objectifs définis

  • Assurer la planification et le suivi des ventes via des outils internes pour anticiper les besoins

  • Suivre et analyser les performances afin de proposer des plans d'action basés sur les indicateurs.

  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients et les départements internes clés


 

Compétences requises :

  • Diplôme Bac +4/5 

  • Expérience : 2 ans d’expérience en vente terrain et un an en tant que Catman enseigne ou poste similaire

  • Autonome et rigoureux, vous avez des compétences en organisation et un esprit analytique

  • Capacité à utiliser des outils de suivi des ventes et des données de marché


 

Compétences appréciées :

  • Expérience préalable dans le secteur des biens de consommation courante (PGC)

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à établir des relations robustes

  • Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative et à s'adapter rapidement aux changements stratégiques
