What you will do; 

 

  • Manage and lead Warehouse Improvement and activities to be agile and responsive to satisfy customer's expectation for Export and Domestics 
  • Responsible to have operation compliance to all Safety & Quality standards, Regulatory and guidelines (GMP, ISO, Environment Health & Safety etc.) to ensure efficient operation and employee work safely with no tolerance in working place
  • Optimize the Effective/Efficiency while monitor and control expenditure under the responsibility, deliver "Funding the growth" to ensure the operation cost are effective with the budget, competitive in the Logistics market and among Company subsidiaries
  • Responsible and encourage team to operate with high standard of Safety & Quality, inventory accuracy, aging and slow moving inventory, warehouse space utilization,  warehouse productivity  and efficiency, conform to designed procedures, meet target as well as control criteria’s
  • Effectively coordinate & communicate with the operation counterpart to meet customer demand and Commercial targets (Production, Marketing, Customer Development, Customer Service, Finance, Suppliers, Carrier etc.)
  • Monitor operation performance and analyze the KPI to understand the success and predictive response through integrated systems & strong data analytics 
  • Analyze Inventory (Aging, Sitting time)  and synchronizing Production & Shipment to ensure warehouse utilization in the level of safety workable with high productivity
  • Lead New Technology and Warehouse Automation including with coordinate with external partners of warehouse expert
  • Drive Physical Inventory Counting for Cycle Count and Wall to Wall Count to achieve target

 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experienced in warehouse improvement or related field. 
  • Proven strong analytical skills, evidenced through previous professional engagements.
  • Expertise in Supply Chain Management with experience in customer services and logistics.
  • Understanding of basic business or commercial fundamentals.
  • Effective team communication skills and understanding of employee relations.
  • Good computer skills (experience with SAP is advantageous)
  • Proficient in English.

 

 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
