We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Supervisor - Quality (QA) to join our team!

 

What you will do

  • Manage the Quality team to work with production and all concerned parties to ensure the quality system to meet those requirements is effectively implemented and maintained in all productions

  • Ensure the alignment follows written procedures, global SOP, local methods and published standard or compendia sources to meet requirements in GMP, TGA/PICS, USFDA, ISO22716 , Colgate QS&G, Halal and requirements of receiving subsidiaries. And ensure the Forward Actions of each requirement are effectively implemented

  • Verify/review the completeness of Batch Manufacturing Record and Market Authorization prior approval to release by Authorized Person (AP) for TGA products and review positive release report for USFDA products

  • Act as the backup Authorized Person (AP) for Products Release for Supply for TGA & USFDA products

  • Ensure and Review of Annual Product Review for all regulated products are complete as planned

  • Review and Approve Change Control process and required Validation are performed and documented properly

  • Review the investigation and corrective/preventive action of nonconforming product (NC), Deviations, Complaints are followed to prevent recurrence

  • Verify and review the OSQ program and Mock Recovery audit that create local develop corrective actions, monitor progress and completeness including database update

  • Provide quality related training to production team for continuous improvement

  • Review and Ensure the training for S&C and non S&C staff in Quality area to understand sampling plan, Raw Material/Packaging/Product defect rating, Acceptance Quality Level, etc. to ensure quality and efficient practice delivered

  • Participate in Corporate Audit , Internal Quality Audit, External audits (EM ,ESM) Function as part of the plant GMP and Quality team

  • Control expenses of the related Quality Leader Section to ensure that they are in line with the approved budget

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree At least BE or BSc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science or related field

  • At least 3 years Consumer Goods Industry Experience

  • At least 3 years Functional Experience

  • At least 5 years Manufacturing Experience

  • Leadership, Computer skill, English Communication, English and GMP knowledge
