CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full range of Talent development & succession plan, Employee engagement, SCT Program and drive people capabolity development for S&C.

  • Be a business partner for BPK's Leadership Team to provide advice and solutions regarding people issue, performance, organizational and leadership matters.
  • Provide hiring solutions and market labor situations/ trends to businesses to influence talent pipeline and workforce planning

  • Influence and negotiate to hire the best talent by leveraging on our Employee Value Proposition/Participates in projects that have a country- or region-wide impact

  • Execute corporate HR policy such as HRIS, initiatives, systems, projects for productivity improvement.

  • Build up an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, connection with universities and third party vendors

  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers and HRBP on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

  • Update and maintain Job description by coordinating with each plant.

  • Control/Coordinate with Co-Worker’s supplier to ensure they are managing their staff compliance with Colgate policy.

  • Manage the labor compliance and related audits.

II. EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This section identifies the formal education and experience required to successfully perform the role. It should be clear what requirements are essential versus preferred.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  MAJOR: Human Resource mgt. , Political Science , Social Sciences ,Psychology, or related field

  •  MAJOR: Human Resource Mgt. , Political Science , Social Sciences  or related field

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience 

  • Minimum 5 years in management role. 

  • Position Specific Requirement, if any: 5 Years of Manufacturing Experience 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology,or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in Human Resources Management, focusing on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

  • Working experience in manufacturing business is preferred.

  • Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.

  • Possess “can do” attitude

  • Good command of both spoken & written English
