Job Summary 
Responsible for creating (designing), adapting and delivering attractive digital content (videos, key visuals, graphic pieces) following digital industry standards and best practices, as well as following the policies of Colgate. The analyst will work with a variety of stakeholders and teams: Digital Creation, eCommerce, Marketing, Agencies, Customer Development and GIT teams, supporting multiple brands across all Colgate-Palmolive and Hill’s categories.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  1. Adapt and create key visuals, multimedia and other digital assets for Colgate, working with company teams and digital partner agencies across Latinoamerica.

  2. Follow best practices and brand guidelines in all creative developments.

  3. Deliver projects on time and report production hours accordingly. 

  4. Guarantee the quality of all assets, compliance with corporate guidelines and technical standards, usability and monitoring of the industry.

  5. Ensure Usage Rights of all digital assets published follow agency controls.

  6. Communicate to local teams and division teams new assets are properly set to go-live

  7. Interact with digital agencies and internal stakeholders in the LATAM division to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations.

  8. Report to Digital Content & Creative Coordinator – BEX the project status and timelines.

 

Range of Qualifications
Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in a creative field 

Years of Experience: 1-2 

Functional Experience and Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Dimension, Adobe XD), Google Web Designer

  • Familiar with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Sheets and Slides, etc)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Minimum of two years experience in graphic and video design

  • Attention to detail

  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Advanced knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals and typography,

  • Experience with both print and digital media

  • Intermediate English

 

Plus:

  • Basic knowledge of PM tools, specifically Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Trello)

  • Intermediate knowledge of web design, video, UX/UI design
